In-Depth Analysis: Thai PM is Promoting the Peace while Thaksin is Kicked out of Dubai, WHY? (Updated!)

Thaksin’s [BUSINESS] GOALs:

Thaksin is now using money to order the “red shirt” protesters aiming to topple the current Thai government in order to dissolve the parliament and negotiating to free him so that he could go back and gain the power in Thailand again. Then, with the power of money and media, Thaksin and his staff plan to change the laws and policies influencing some Thai people and preparing to take control of the country.

They have tried to mislead people and bring Thai king to a subject in the media. They want Thai king to step down so that Thaksin can be the owner of Thailand as a founder of a new business – new Thailand as they claimed. That is his core purpose. In fact, Thai king doesn’t have a power in Thai politics and he is not like a god. King Bhumibol, unlike Thaksin, is a real good person working tirelessly to help Thai people since he was crowned in 1950. There are many evidences here. Thus, almost all 100% of people in Thailand love him though some might be red-shirt supporters.

She said, “I’m here because I’m poor…that is why I support the red shirt.”<<< Some red-shirt supporters are innocence people who just follow the community to fight for the “red cash” – not really a democracy as they claim. Most are bought to fight and many believe in a false logic that Thaksin can help fix the financial problem. Thaksin and red-shirt leaders are like a mastermind. They have been using communication, such as the social media and print, as a tool to mislead many people in the rural areas for years.

POLICY CORRUPTION

In fact, many of the local policies used in Thaksin’s government are termed as “policy corruption” implemented based on this model:

- Step1: Creating new policies (for corruption, and not practical), using a simple logic (unreal) to promote and build a good credit to the government.  At this point, many people were excited to hear about the new projects and thought that the government had worked very hard for them. Some people received this information as in the news without analyzing or searching for the details. With a dream concept of modernization, they have had some young supporters here. Thaksin is a hero for them.

- Step2: Now, the existing systems were temporarily changed to favor some, and here was where poor people really fell into the trap. Since most people here are low-income and blue-collar workers, they can simply see a short-term benefit or cash as a great benefit for today living. These innocence people seemed to enjoy a very short-term benefit which is, in fact, not really good for them and the country in a long run. Many analysts have mentioned.  However, Thaksin’s government could get many votes from the poor people because of this.

- Step3: Later, Thaksin’s government had changed the dream policies back and changed some other policies, such as tax policies to protect their illegal activities and yet to gain a lot of profits in businesses. Then they claimed that the anti-government in yellow shirts forced them to change, and so on.

SUPREME COURT

In fact, their policies are not practical and illegal as the Supreme Court has recently ruled that Thaksin concealed his assets while in office and abused his power for personal gain. Once again, he doesn’t want to accept the truth and blame the court, convincing red-shirt people to protest fighting for the justice.

THE RALLY in BANGKOK

Then the red-shirt leaders have created a momentum from this event trying to do something more violence.  Now, the red-shirt people are all over in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, for anti-government rally. From the investigation, the current Thai government knows that Thaksin and his team have planned to create violence. The plan, controlled directly by Mr. Thaksin, has 3 main steps of command:

1.)    Marching peacefully first (March 12-13, 2010).

2.)    If the Thai government disagrees to step down, they will be more aggressive (March 14-15, 2010).

3.)    Finally, they are going to do some violence, burning the city and destroying the country next week.

VIOLENCE?

Today (March 13, 2010), we found hundred homemade M79 grenade launchers at an auto parts maker in Ayutthaya’s Wang Noi district, Thailand. This is still under investigation which many believe that it’s related to the plan step 2 and 3 because it’s located on the way that red-shirt people have passed heading to the capital.

DUBAI and THAKSIN

Since there are many evidences like this, Dubai are now officially forcing Mr.Thaksin out of the country. They don’t want him to use their country as his headquarter though they may need his investment to help recover the financial problem in Dubai. [Foreign reporters should update this.]

Right now, people are still not 100% sure where he is heading to after leaving Dubai. Anyway, Panich Vikitsreth, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs said that Thaksin has left Dubai and is expected to join his daughters in Switzerland. (Their family members knew about the plan and had left Thailand a few days before the rally.)

SECURITY & THE REACTION OF THE GOVERNMENT

Is this what they call a peace?

Therefore, this is a very critical issue and the government of Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva has to increase the security in Thailand to ensuring the public safety.  However, the Thai government is also trying to use some media, such as Facebook, Twitter, website and television as a method to prevent the violence in a peaceful way too. It’s a good Psychology. Many Thais are also posting to update the situation in real time there.

In Vejajiva’s Facebook page, he always states that everyone has a right to think differently, but in a peaceful way. Most of Thai people on many pages in Facebook mention in the comments that they are not red or yellow shirt, and all they want to see is the love of Thai people and the peace, not violence.

THE THAI GOVERNMENT

Without any bias, many international analysts have recently agreed that the government of Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva has done a really great job in recovering the economics. For example, Thai Finance Minister Korn Chatikavanij has been awarded “Finance Minister of the Year 2010″ for both global and Asia Pacific regions by the Banker magazine of the Financial Times.

THE FUTURE

We must also accept the truth that this Thai government has to face many other problems in Thai politics, such as the rally today. Thaksin has been trying to discredit the government too. Once he mentioned that “those two kids” (PM and the finance minister) would not be able to recover the economy. In fact, as shown in the evidences, Thaksin is wrong.

Now, the outside investors may feel unsecured doing businesses with Thailand because of the current situation. The rate of tourists may decrease. However, if the government can control the situation in Bangkok today and next week, the author strongly believes that, with a genius team and a great leadership of Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva, Thailand will be able to gain the trust back. More people are supporting the government right now.

Not many fences in America as in Thailand, Why?

On the web, a friend of mine posted, “Why [most] Americans don’t have fences in their front yards?”

Why?

There is no single answer for sure. Here is my view…

ANALYSIS

I have two main points to consider: (A.)Environment and (B.) People.

>> Point A: Environment

Let’s focus on the population density and landscape. Since the population density in Bangkok (capital city) [10,492/sq mi, as in 2007] is much higher, compared to most of the areas in America [Avg.=86.2/sq mi], the houses and buildings are getting closer and higher. Thus, the concern of privacy & security is higher.  In Thai rural areas, in the green environment, many families still do not have fences for their own houses, but for the group of relatives or people living in the same village. Most fences are lower, no spear on top. Similarly, in some other countries where people are living on the mountain, most do not have fences.

The urban planners have to take these issues and some other points into serious consideration. Unfortunately, Thailand didn’t have a good development in this area, and it’s very difficult to change as the time goes by. So, the buildings and streets in Bangkok are not well organized. This is also a reason why it’s harder to navigate using GPS in Thailand compared to the USA. Think about it. The cities in America control not only the height of houses, but also the colors, and so on. Yes, it’s all green in some cities. By law, you also cannot hide a pile of junk in your backyard because you may be arrested in USA.  Who cares in Thailand?  Hence, I believe having a good plan and law means that fence is unnecessary.

(1.)  Thailand has a higher rate of crime or intentional homicide overall because the living standard is lower compared to the U.S. [No job? No future? >> Steal? Rob?] Law enforcement in America is also better. That’s the fact.

(2.)  Thailand has a rich culture in art & craft. This affects the attitude of Thais. Thai people have fences in many styles; some are quite fancy. America is now considered as a developed country – industrialized nations. Most American people tend to focus more on the function, from the production to the consumption. Let’s think about this. Thai girls buy Japanese KITTY because it’s so cute, most Americans not. Thus, Japan exports less Kitty heads to America. Japanese investment in Thailand = #1 in Asian and #3 in the world. Why? Same answer with why advertising in Italy focuses more on the appearance compared to Americans’.  It’s all about the ways of thinking.

(3.)  Sometimes people buy a product because it represents the social status; and having a fence is not an exception. I have never seen any ‘castle’ in Thailand or America having a small fence made from wood. In general, most architects do not think like that too. Now, according to Hofstede, Americans are more individualism (high IDV) than Thais. Plus, the Power Distance Index (PDI) in Thailand is higher. Thus, I believe that Thai people are more concerned about what the other people think – the appearance and the social status, for example. This is also a big concern in most of the big cities in Europe though some are not very social. There are many factors.

CONCLUSION

“Why most of the houses in America do not have fences, compared to the ones in Thailand?”

I would say…

USA (compared to THILAND):

(1.) Security >> less concern,

(2.) Beauty >> less important, and

(3.) Social status >> less important

And since some of my friends came from the big provinces (cities) in Thailand, they tend to think and feel that the houses must have a fence. Similarly, a friend of mine from Morocco came to the U.S. as a Fulbright student said, “Houses in Morocco are closer. American houses are different and strange for me.” He didn’t mention about the fence, but the space. See why?

I think it’s understandable.

Thai Economy is on The Right Track despite the Drop of GDP Last Year

With a thoughtful economic plan from the new Thai government and the advice from a Nobel-prize economist, Thai economy will be in a better position by the end of this year (2009), not worst!

WHAT IS WRONG ABOUT THE NEWS?

Since the market turmoil in 2007, the world has faced a lot of problems in the global economic crisis. The rate of economic growth in many countries, such as America, Japan and Thailand has dropped sharply last year. Moody’s rating agency recently stated that Thai GDP contracted by 4.3% in the fourth quarter of 2008. “Moody’s” also mentioned that Thailand is the “worst hit in Asia”, as a result that some Thai people and the investors, who just listen to the news, are in panic.

In fact, that sentence is not a truth compared to some other countries.

That prediction is based on the outsider’s point of view, selected only a sharp drop of exports (in December, 2008) using the raw data from the National Economic and Social Development Board (NESDB), not up-to-date. Beside this, Ekniti Nitithanprapas, the FPO’s expert on macro-economic affairs, said that Moody’s attempted to provide only the unofficial statement to some investors, not a real published one. By sitting on the other side of the world and reporting, I consider that it is really unprofessional.

WHAT IS RIGHT?

It is important to get things right because the reaction of people, companies and investors may affect the demand & supply in the economics. In my opinion, for a wider perspective, we should focus on not only the mathematic calculation of the existing data but also the more updated information related to the new government policies and some other economic indicators. In this recession, the analysts need to consider both of the internal and external factors, and estimate the future based on the dynamic context. In Thailand, the finance Minister Korn Chatikavanij said that Thailand’s economic fundamentals are still “very strong” but remedial measures are still needed to solve the economic problems. Usara Wilaipich, a senior economist at “Standard Chartered Bank,” said early this year that the growth would likely stabilize in the second half as fiscal stimulus takes effect. The growing rate of Thai economy depends on the external factors in the global level, such as the U.S. economy as well. The other countries are now also facing the same problem (i.e., Taiwanese economy is expected to contract by up to 5.3 percent, the Japanese economy by 4.8 percent and Hong Kong economy by 4.01 percent).

Here is more up-to-dated information related to the Thai economy:

1. In February, Thailand’s Parliament approved a 116.7 billion-baht ($3.3 billion) package which is taking effect this month (March, 2009) to stimulate domestic demand and create jobs; including cash handouts to the poor and long-term infrastructure projects [http://biz.yahoo.com/ap/090223/as_thailand_economy.html?.v=1 (Feb.23, 2009)]

2. Gross domestic product (GDP) during the first quarter of this year should be almost the same as the last quarter of 2008, in which it contracted 4.3 per cent but contraction would become lesser in the following quarters and GDP should land in the black by the end of 2009, Mr. Abhisit said. 5. With the effort of new Thai government, tourism is getting better. PK*DETAIL ANALYSIS

These facts reflect as both push and pull factors in the future of Thai economy.

As an investor, I have seen the fact that many domestic investors recently started pulling their money out of the pocket again, as the bank deposits declined to 5.4%. The gold market is recently growing up because of many global factors and that is where I got the benefit from too. The loans granted by the end of January to the property sector rose to 12.7% from 12.5%. The flow in financial system is in a better shape as in some other countries, and will probably continue even still on the economic downturn in the first two quarters this year.

The Thai government is spending money to stimulate the economics first because this tactic will help generate the flow in Thai consumer spending very quickly. I think the goal of this is not to create the jobs, but to set a ground to generate the flow first. In other words, we need people to go out and spend their money, not keeping. The main target, receiving the check almost $60 (2,000 bahts) here, is the group of low-income workers (salary less than about $440 or 15,000 bahts). Note that I believe the policy makers decide not to use “money coupon,” as used in Korea, because: 1.) Some Thai people will definitely make a fake coupon which is hard to control, and 2.) The government has to spend more money to support this program. However, many businesses in Thailand, especially the big department stores and restaurants, have planned to take the opportunity on this action by creating a new promotion accordingly (e.g., “$60 check” + more if participate in their shops). This will generate a great flow in Thai economy.

After that, the Thai government will follow the flow moving forward to create more jobs as in the next plan. This second step has to deal with the long-term infrastructure projects, such as using the financial program, supporting the use of creativity in business development, and so on. I believe like that because the Prime Minister will have a speech on “Empowering Thai Economy with Creativity” in the conference this March [Updated: got cancel later, going to UK instead]. This would be a long-term plan. It is true that many developing countries like Thailand or China borrow and mix the theories from the international case studies to create a successful policy based on their own current circumstances. As in Japan and Korea, creativity is one of the areas used to boost the economy in around 1950-1960’s.

PK*VISION: THE GROWTH OF THAI CREATIVE INDUSTRY

Now, as an insider who looks from the outside, I would like to connect the big picture in Thai economy to the opportunity as an example of how to develop the business in Thai creative industry. In the past, Japan successfully used R&D to boost their economy, but Thailand is not really to that point yet; we need to focus on the knowledge and attitude first. Though now the percent of Thai creative industry is relatively small in GDP, I believe that the new Thai government got a good plan in this area focusing on the attitude and knowledge management first. Some previous governments also got a good direction, but only in some particular areas and in a wrong action (e.g., OTOP). For example, the previous government borrowed the idea of “OTOP” from Japan, but they focused heavily only on one side, the supply –not demand! As a result the producers didn’t have market to support.

In 2009, the Thai tourism still has a good chance to grow further, ranking number one as the “World’s Best Tourist Country,” despite the impact of political problem last December. Based on many factors and resources, I’m optimistic enough to say that the world economics will be recovered some by the end of this year (2009). For example, “Businessweek” magazine stated in February that the rate of productivity in the U.S. is increasing though the output might go down. This is because of the fast reaction in business. Therefore, the foreigners or tourists will have more cash to spend and help generate the flow for Thailand in this segment. Thailand also has great food, beautiful beach, and interesting Art, which are the pull factors.

In the past, people in Thailand might have no idea how to implement the Thai culture creating a creative product with a good usability, but now things is changing rapidly in progress like many other countries in Asia. With a great support from the Thai Creative& Design Center (TCDC) and the government, people just like me will work tirelessly to share all of the knowledge and experience learning from outside back to the country both directly and indirectly. Now, we have, perhaps too many organizations or sub-organizations working on their own, but we still don’t really work systematically as a whole. Yet, Thai creative industry needs to be improved technically in some areas: 1.) the standard & quality control, 2.) the intellectual property, 3.) the design management, 4.) the process & research (R&D) etc. These things should be taken into consideration together with some other factors in the economics too. The development should be dynamic. Thai creative products are really good in “Crafts” if we look at the number of net exports. That means Thailand has already had the high-skill labors in that area, and I think if I and some other experts can form the design & business community to help SMEs develop the production process in practice, supporting the big organization like TCDC, Thailand will have more brands and better products that meet the global standard to export. Thailand’s GDP relies on exports by up to 70% for its growth according to the NESDB. Thus, if the tourism is going up, the cultural products with a unique “design” & “standard” will have more opportunities to extend the market too. People bring the impression back home and that is a new market segment. In the future, the new growth will drive from the inside out focusing more on the internal consumption. That is one of the good opportunities to grow or boost the GDP and Thai economy in a long run.

Journey of Customer

Everyone may have seen a bar of chocolate or candy on the shelf nearby the cashier counter in the grocery stores before. Have you ever picked and put some of that into your cart? This is a very common marketing strategy which has been used by the retailers for many years.

Now, it’s time to improve that!

WHAT?

The new trend of retail marketing strategy is now changing from “Category Management” which focuses on the relationship between a retailer and supplier to “Journey of Customer.”

WHY?

The Positioning Magazine stated that 70% of the final decision makings had been made in the last minute at the stores though the buyers might have a shopping list in hands. This information is based on a recent research from the Ogilvy Group (i.e., Ogilvy Action).

SO WHAT?

There is a high competition among brands in the stores trying to win the so called “Last Mile.” They have tried to convince people to buy the products as well as to prevent them from buying the other brands.

HOW?

Using a new strategy called “Journey of Customer” would be a good alternative for the companies; good especially for the big ones who have many product lines. This means to control a shopper buying the individual products from one to one respectively from the same brand by creating the “Path to Purchase” using all the tactics they have known, such as creating a brand event and making a touch-point analysis.

WHAT NEXT? [The Scenarios]

In my opinion…

1.  If I’m a supplier:

- Review the product lines and improve the services accordingly.

- Keeping a good eye on the reports because the market will be more dynamics. // more active

- Focusing on the portfolio management, especially for the new products.

2. If I’m a retailer:

- Changing from the category tactics to the path-to-purchase ones.

- Find a new way collecting data; faster / cross-categories

- Focusing more on the customer relationship / PR

- Reorganizing the store and space planning with the designers, marketers and psychologists

3.  If I’m a designer:

- For product designers; be aware of the materials used (sensation & perception) // think about the series of products related to the services // doing research together with the marketing team. // Playing with the users’ emotions

- For the interior designers; keep the floor plan flexible or movable // playing with the close & open spaces // thinking about new marketing activities // set zoning with the marketing team

4. If I’m a buyer:

- Today, customers are smarter because all the information is easily to access. Moreover, the world is now changing from “Information Age” to the “Recommendation Age”, so I don’t need to worry about it as long as I still don’t have a financial problem.

วันนี้ผมขอพูดอะไรแบบตรงไปตรงมานะครับ ก็คงไม่ไว้หน้าใครทั้งสิ้น คนไหนที่สนับสนุนคนโกงกินอย่างอดีตนายกฯบางคนของเมืองไทย ช่วยกรุณาอ่านหรือรับฟังความคิดเห็นด้วย เผื่อพวกคุณบางคนที่ซื่อเกินไปอาจจะเข้าใจความเป็นจริงอะไรได้ดีขึ้นบ้าง ผมไม่อยากให้คนดีๆบางคนต้องหลวมตัวสนับสนุนคนเลวให้กลับมาทำลายบ้านเมืองของเราอีก วันนี้ผมมีนิทานเรื่องยาวจะเล่าให้ฟังครับ ซึ่งผมขอใช้นามสมมติของตัวละครเอกในเรื่องนี้ว่า “นายเหลี่ยมจัด” ก็รึกันนะครับ

กาลครั้งหนึ่งเมื่อไม่นานมานี้ได้เกิดการชุมนุมปิดสนามบินขึ้น คุณคิดว่าผลกระทบจากการปิดสนามบินในครั้งนี้ (ราวๆ Nov.- Dec., 2008) มันยิ่งใหญ่สักแค่ไหนกัน? ใช่ส่วนหนึ่งผมก็ไม่เห็นด้วยในแง่ของการสูญเสียทางด้านเศรษฐกิจและสังคมในบางด้าน อย่างไรก็ดี วิธีการนี้เป็นการกดดันเพื่อเรียกร้องสิทธิทางสังคมระดับสากลอย่างหนึ่ง ที่เคยมีคนใช้มาแล้วในบางประเทศ เช่น ฝรั่งเศส เป็นต้น เรียกได้ว่าเป็นมาตรการกดดันขั้นสูงสุด ซึ่งแน่นอนการเคลื่อนไหวลักษณะนี้อาจดูรุนแรงเพราะเห็นภาพการเคลื่อนไหวและผลกระทบชัดเจน เป็นดาบสองคมที่คนชั่วสามารถใช้อ้างเรื่องความสั่นคลอนของระบอบประชาธิปไตย (จอมปลอม) ได้ แต่ถ้าคุณลองเทียบกับสิ่งที่ “นายเหลี่ยมจัด” เคยลักลอบทำเงียบๆต่อประเทศชาติบ้านเมืองของเราในระยะยาวแล้วล่ะก็ คุณจะเห็นได้ชัดเลยว่าผลเสียหายในวันนี้นั้นแทบจะหดเหลือนิดเดียวไปเลย เทียบไม่ได้กับความเสียหายเชิงระบบที่“นายเหลี่ยมจัด” และพวกกระทำต่อชาติบ้านเมืองของเรา ไม่รู้กี่หมื่นกี่แสนล้านแล้วที่สูญไป ไหนจะปัญหาสังคมที่ตามมาอีก…. ตอนนี้รัฐบาล “หุ่นกระป๋อง” ก็กำลังเร่งแก้รัฐธรรมนูญและกฎหมายเพื่อนำเอา “นายเหลี่ยมจัด” กลับมาโกงกินในวงจรอุบาทว์ต่อ ทั้งๆที่ศาลได้ตัดสินไปแล้วว่า “นายเหลี่ยมจัด” นั้นต้องโทษผิดจริง รัฐบาลถึงยื้อเวลายังไม่ยอมลาออกง่ายๆ ทั้งๆที่เหตุการณ์ชุมนุมลักษณะนี้ สุภาพบุรุษในต่างประเทศหลายชาติเค้าก็ยอมลาออกเพื่อให้เกิดความสงบภายในประเทศกัน เนื่องจากมีประชาชนคัดค้านรุนแรงอย่างสงบ มีเหตุผล และเป็นปริมาณมาก ส่วนจะให้ใครมาทำหน้าที่แทนก็ว่ากันต่อไป แต่นี่ไม่ ตรงกันข้ามรัฐบาล “หุ่นกระป๋อง” ที่รวมหัวกันโกงกินเข้ามานั่งบริหารประเทศกลับเร่งรีบไปจดทะเบียนตั้งพรรคการเมืองใหม่ไว้ก่อนล่วงหน้า เพื่อรองรับสมาชิกของพรรคที่คาดว่าจะถูกยุบในเวลาอันใกล้นี้ เพราะมันต้องการจะโกงกินต่อไง ประหนึ่งว่ารู้ชะตากรรมดีแต่ยังขอยื้อเวลาให้เกิดความเสียหายเพิ่มขึ้น จะได้หาพวกเพิ่มและมีข้อโจมตีกลับได้บ้าง…

กรุณาเปิดตามองโลกให้ลึกกว่าที่เห็นเสียบ้างครับว่าอะไรเป็นอะไร รัฐบาลทุกยุคทุกสมัยที่ “นายเหลี่ยมจัด” นี้บัญชาการอยู่น่ะ ล้วนแต่ช่ำชองการใช้วิธีโกงกินด้วยนโยบายระดับประเทศ นี่คือแนวทางโกงกินรูปแบบใหม่ หัวหมอกว่าเดิม ซึ่งส่งผลรุนแรงกว่าคนเลวปกติทั่วไปในยุคสมัยที่ผ่านๆมา ที่มักใช้วิธีหาผลประโยชน์เข้าตัวด้วยการหักค่านายหน้าหรือค่าคอมมืชชั่นกันแค่นั้น… จะเรียกว่าเลวเกินปกติก็ได้ครับ

ผมจะยกตัวอย่างให้นะครับ เผื่อบางคนจะตาสว่างและได้บริหารสมองกันเพิ่มขึ้นบ้าง

ง่ายๆเลย อย่างเรื่อง 30 บาทรักษาทุกโรคเนี่ย อย่าไปหลงกลครับขอร้องเถอะ เค้าสร้างภาพให้คนที่ไม่ทันได้ฉุกคิดทบทวนสองตลบขึ้นไปเชื่อว่าดี ดูดี แต่แท้จริงแล้วเป้าหมายเบื้องหลังก็คือ 1.) สร้างฐานเสียงสนับสนุนโดยมุ่งหลอกคนจน 2.) มันต้องการที่จะเทคโอเว่อร์โรงพยายาบาลเพื่อหากำไรเข้าตัว

เริ่มเข้าใจอะไรดีขึ้นบ้างรึยังครับ? ถ้ายังมานี่ผมจะอธิบายให้เพิ่มเติม… 30 บาท รักษาทุกโรคเนี่ย ไม่มีประเทศไหนบนโลกเค้าทำกัน แม้แต่ในประเทศที่มีวิวัฒนาการทางการแพทย์เจริญก้าวหน้าสุดๆก็ตาม เพราะโรงพยาบาลอยู่ไม่ได้หรอก รัฐไม่ได้ให้เงินสนับสนุนอะไรที่เพียงพอ หนำซ้ำเราจะได้ยินข่าวว่าแพทย์บางคนได้พยายามเปลี่ยนไปใช้แนวทางการรักษาที่แย่ลง ไม่ได้มาตรฐาน และอันตรายมากขึ้น เพื่อที่จะช่วยลดต้นทุนสนองนโยบายตุ๊กตุ่น 30 บาท ที่ดูดีอยู่ได้แค่ไม่นาน แล้วประเทศมันจะเจริญได้อย่างไร เอาตังค์ไหนมาหมุนพัฒนางานวิจัยทางการแพทย์ของบ้านเรา? ผมขอฝากถามให้คิดต่อกันเองนิด

ยัง ยังไม่พอ…“นายเหลี่ยมจัด” เค้ายังไม่ได้กำไรเลย ดังนั้นขั้นแรกเจ้านี่ก็สั่งเปลี่ยนนโยบายใหม่ซึ่งผมขอเรียกว่า “นโยบายเชิงทำลายล้าง” เพื่อทำลายหน่วยธุรกิจที่หมายตาไว้ หรือเพื่อจัดสภาพแวดล้อมให้เหมาะสมกับการโกงกินก่อน ก่อนอะไร ก่อนสูบเลือดไงคุณครับ

โรงพยาบาลมีกี่โรงทั่วประเทศไทย? หลายโรง…ผมไม่ทราบแน่ชัดครับ แต่รู้ว่าประมาณ 70 โรงเอาตัวไม่รอดด้วยนโยบายสิ้นคิดตัวนี้ ในช่วงปีนั้น แล้วยังไงเหรอ ก็ไม่ไง ก็แค่ต้องขายกิจการเปลี่ยนนายทุนครับ เปลี่ยนเหมือนเรื่องของบริษัทประกัน AIA ในเมืองไทยในวันนี้ กับบริษัทแม่ AIG ที่เมืองนอกนี่ ขณะที่โลกกำลังประสบปัญหาเรื่องระบบการเงินอยู่ ตอนนี้บริษัทแม่ล่มไปยังไม่รู้ แต่ที่รู้ๆคือ AIA บอกว่าถึงล้มก็คงมีนายทุนคนใหม่เข้ามาแบ่งชิ้นเค้กไปกิน แบ่งซื้อธุรกิจไปทำต่อ เนื่องจาก AIA นั้นเป็นอันดับหนึ่งของประเทศอยู่ใครๆก็อยากได้ (จริง แต่ความมั่นคงของบริษัทย่อมขาดความแน่นอนและน่าเชื่อถือไปแน่)

เหมือนกัน “นายเหลี่ยมจัด” ก็ใช้ Business model ตัวนี้ แต่เค้าไม่ใช่สุภาพบุรุษ เพราะเจ้านี่ไปบีบให้เค้าขายบริการ 30 บาท จนเอาตัวไม่รอดต้องขายธุรกิจ เพื่อที่จะได้เข้าซื้อต่อในราคาที่ถูกยิ่งกว่าราคาสุกร 70 ตัว (เว่อร์ไปนิดแต่เห็นภาพไงครับ) แล้วทุกคนลองไปตรวจสอบดูได้เลยครับว่าโรงพยายาลทั้ง 70 แห่งนั้น ใครเป็นคนเข้าไปเทคโอเว่อร์ ก็“นายเหลี่ยมจัด” แสนน่ารักหัวเป็นเหลี่ยมๆของบางคนนั่นไงครับพี่น้อง

ยัง ยังไม่จบสิ้นกระบวนการโกง… ขั้นตอนสุดท้ายพวกเขาต้องเปลี่ยนนโยบายกลับให้เป็นปกติก่อนครับ ไม่งั้น “นายเหลี่ยมจัด” เค้าจะสูบกำไรจากพี่น้องประชาชนอย่างพวกเราได้อย่างไรกัน และนั่นก็คือจุดจบที่แท้จริงของนโยบาย 30 บาท ผมขุดเรื่องเก่ามาแฉเบื้องหลังให้ทุกท่านได้เห็นภาพชัดๆกันไปเลยอีกรอบ เผื่อใครบางคนจะเข้าใจอะไรลึกซึ้งขึ้นบ้าง…หรือยัง???

เอ้า…ไม่เป็นไรครับ ถ้าบางคนยังเบลอๆกันอยู่ วันๆมีแค่เวลาคิดถึงแต่เรื่องของตัวเอง ทำไงฉันจึงรวยจึงเก่ง ได้เที่ยวได้กินนู่นนี่ ฟังความผิวเผินแล้วเลือกข้างสนับสนุนได้เลย โหเก่งจัง มานี่ครับ ผมจะแจกแจงเพิ่มเติมให้อ่านกันเล่นๆอีกเรื่องครับ…

เมื่อไม่นานมานี้ “นายเหลี่ยมจัด” ก็ได้สำแดงความเลวออกมาอีก คราวนี้พอตัวเองอยู่นอกประเทศ เพราะถูกศาลตัดสินจำคุกข้อหาโกงกินบ้านเมือง “นายเหลี่ยมจัด” ก็ถือโอกาสไปติดต่อพวกนักลงทุนต่างชาติให้เข้ามาทำธุรกิจในบ้านเมืองเรา อ้าว ก็ดีสิ! ดีกับเส้นรอบเหลี่ยมคุณสิครับ ขอประทานโทษนะครับ “คือถ้ามันดี “นายเหลี่ยมจัด” ไม่ทำครับ” เพราะที่เค้าทำน่ะไม่ได้เป็นการเจริญรอยตามนโยบายปฎิรูประบอบเศรษฐกิจอย่างที่พวกญี่ปุ่นกับเกาหลีเค้าใช้ปรับปรุงประเทศในราวๆช่วงปี 1960’s หรอกนะ นั่นรัฐบาลของเค้าวางนโยบายเพื่อดึงความรู้เข้าประเทศ เพื่อนำเข้าเทคโนโลยี่ใหม่ๆจากการลงทุนร่วม ตั้งหน่วยงานนู่นนี่ขึ้นมาทำวิจัยและแก้ไขปัญหาเป็นจุดๆไป

ตรงข้ามครับทุกคน “นายเหลี่ยมจัด” และรัฐบาลรับใช้ของเค้า ดึง “แขก” เข้ามาเพื่อสูบกำไรเข้ากระเป๋าพวกพ้องตัวเองเพียงอย่างเดียว คือถ้ามันไม่เดือนร้อนประเทศนี่ผมคงไม่ติเตียนอะไรจริงๆนะ แต่นี่มันกระทบกับบ้านเมืองของเราด้วย ยังไง? ได้!!!…ผมจะแฉต่อครับ

จะพยายามสาธยายความชั่วอย่างกระชับ (เพราะมีอีกหลายความเลวจ่อคิวรอให้สงเคราะห์อยู่ครับ) คือ “นายเหลี่ยมจัด” นั้นได้ใช้เงินที่โกงสะสมมาจากสมัยที่เป็นนายกฯ และเผลอๆรวมกับเงินภาษีของพวกเราด้วย ไปตระเวณซื้อแปลงนาข้าวจากชาวนาในชนบทของประเทศไทย เยอะมากๆ หมดประเทศยังไม่รู้ เสร็จแล้วเนี่ย ชาวนาก็หมดกรรมสิทธิ์เป็นเจ้าของที่ดินใช่มั๊ยครับ? ใช่สิ แล้วใครเป็นเจ้าของ ก็บุคคลที่โกงชาติไง แล้วไงต่อ… ก็ไม่ไง “นายเหลี่ยมจัด” ก็วิ่งไปหาแขกซาอุฯ พวกนี้รวยจากการขุดน้ำมันขาย วันๆไม่ต้องทำอะไรก็รวยแล้ว แล้วมันก็เสาะแสวงหาช่องทางลงทุนไปทั่วโลก ไม่ได้สนใจหรอกว่าอะไรดีเลว (ต่างจากประเทศ “ดูไบ” (Dubai) นิดนึง ที่ว่าดูไบกลับดึงคนเข้ามาลงทุนและท่องเที่ยวในประเทศตน ฉลาดกว่า เพราะน้ำมันที่ดูไบสักวันมันก็หมด รัฐบาลเค้ารวยแต่ก็ยังคิดถึงประเทศ คือเค้าสร้างเกาะรูปปาล์มขึ้นมาเพื่อต้องการให้บ้านเค้าเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยว เพื่อหาเงินพัฒนาต่อหลังน้ำมันหมดประเทศไงครับ และก็ทำสำเร็จด้วย คนรวยบ้านเราก็ไปเที่ยวกันเยอะ ตรงนี้ขออย่าเที่ยวอย่างเดียว ช่วยจดจำข้อดีมาประยุกต์ใช้ในบ้านเมืองเราบ้าง เห็นแก่ส่วนรวมบ้างครับ เห็นไหมรัฐบาลที่ฉลาดน่ะเค้าทำตัวกันยังไง!!? …สนใจไปหาอ่านต่อเอาเองนะครับ นอกเรื่องนิด)

อันนี้จริงๆสำหรับ“นายเหลี่ยมจัด” กับเรื่องข้าวเนี่ย เรียกว่า”โกง”อาจจะไม่ถูก เรียกว่า”ขายชาติ” ท่าจะเหมาะกว่ากระมังครับ โกงขายชาติ ขายยังไงละตกลง? ก็คือเจ้านี่ก็เปิดบริษัทโรงสีข้าว-ขายข้าวจดทะเบียนร่วมลงทุนกับพวกแขกซาอุฯไงครับ แล้วทีนี้เค้าก็จ้างชาวนามาทำงานให้ตัวเองแทน บนพื้นที่ที่เป็นของ“นายเหลี่ยมจัด” …เล่าถึงตอนนี้บางคนที่เผลอสนับสนุนคนโกงอาจจะกำลังเอียงหัวเล็กๆพอน่ารัก คือยังไม่เข้าใจ!??

มา..ผมจะช่วยสาธยายแฉเบื้องหลังให้ชัดเจนขึ้นครับ…

1.ปกติคนไทยกินข้าวเป็นหลัก ชาวนามีอาชีพ ลูกหลานชาวนาก็มีอาชีพ มีมรดกตกทอดคือผืนแปลงที่ปลูกข้าว ต่อไปนี้วงจรนี้กำลังจะถูกตัดลงแล้ว เพราะกรรมสิทธิ์ที่ดินได้ถูกผูกขาดไปเป็นของนักโกงชาติแทน และแน่นอนเลยว่ากำลังการผลิตในยุคลูกหลานต่อๆไปย่อมตกลง ไม่มีผืนดินให้ทำนา หรือไม่มีการพัฒนาต่อยอดในด้านนี้จากคนท้องถิ่นเท่าที่ควร ส่วนพวกที่ทำอยู่ก็กลายเป็นลูกจ้าง เงิน“นายเหลี่ยมจัด” เค้าบังคับให้เท่าไหร่ ก็ต้องก้มหน้าเกี่ยวข้าวยอมรับไปเท่านั้น …(คนระดับรากหญ้านั้นไม่ได้โง่ แต่ข้อมูลหลายด้านไปไม่ถึงเค้า เพราะเคยมีความพยายามเข้าไปให้ความรู้ข้อเท็จจริงกับคนในท้องถิ่นในปี 2008 นี้อย่างสงบ แต่พวกลูกน้องของ“นายเหลี่ยมจัด” ก็จ้างนักเลงหัวไม้ไปก่อกวนไปตีเค้าอีก) ชาวนาบางคนเค้าต้องขายเพราะถูกกดดัน ไม่ใช่ยินยอมนะครับ ที่แปลงรอบๆเค้าขายกันหมด นายหน้าก็มาล้อมหน้าล้อมหลังเพื่อบังคับให้ชาวบ้านขายครับ แย่มาก!

2. ถ้าใครฟังเรื่องชาวบ้านๆไม่ค่อยเข้าใจ เพราะอาจเรียนจบมาสูงเกิน มานี่ครับ! ผมจะใช้วิธีอธิบายอิงหลักวิชาการให้อีกประเด็น… ประเทศไทยเคยมีปริมาณการส่งออกข้าวมากเป็นอันดับหนึ่งของโลก!!! ใช่ไหมครับ ใช่! แล้วการส่งออกภาคกสิกรรม ก็ได้ช่วยผยุงให้ค่า GDP ของประเทศบ้านเรานั้นสูงขึ้นตลอดมา ค่า GDP ก็เปรียบเสมือนชีพจรทางเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ เป็น Economic Indicator หรือตัวบ่งชี้สุขภาพรวมของเศรษฐกิจประเทศตัวหนึ่ง แต่เป็นตัวที่ดังและเข้าใจง่าย ตัวอื่นๆก็อย่างเช่นปริมาณอัตราการว่างงาน เป็นต้น …เอาแหละ เพราะฉะนั้นเหล่าประเทศโลกภายนอกบางครั้งเนี่ย ในแง่การลงทุนเชิงสร้างสรรค์ คือการลงทุนแบบสุภาพบุรุษเค้าก็จะพิจารณา GDP ตัวนี้ร่วมเป็นหลักด้วย ถ้าประเทศไม่ดีธุรกิจเค้าก็เสี่ยง ไม่มีใครอยากคบค้าด้วย บ้านเมืองพัฒนาเพียงลำพังไม่ได้ นั่นเป็นผลเสียมิใช่ผลดีครับ

อีกอย่างนะครับที่สำคัญสุด ผลกระทบโดยตรงก็คือ บ้านเมืองเรา ประเทศไทยคงไม่ได้เป็นผู้ส่งออกอันดับหนึ่งอีกต่อไปแล้ว กลายเป็นนายทุนแขกร่วมกับ“นายเหลี่ยมจัด”แทน ไม่ในเบื้องหน้าก็เบื้องหลัง เม็ดเงินไม่ได้ไหลเวียนเข้ากองทุนรวมอย่างแท้จริง และยังไงครับ? ก็ไม่ไง ก็แค่ประเทศไทยขาดรายรับหลัก ที่เราสามารถระดมเงินทุนจากการส่งออกตัวนี้มาใช้ในการหมุนพัฒนาประเทศในอีกหลายๆด้านต่อไปไงครับพ่อแม่พี่น้อง มองให้ยาวๆสิครับ ว่านี่มันเป็นการดีหรือเลว! และการที่คุณยอมให้ “นายเหลี่ยมจัด” นี่กลับมาปกครองบ้านเมืองน่ะ ถ้าไม่ใช่เพราะเป็นลิ่วล้อไปเลียแข้งเขา ก็อย่าหวังได้ผุดได้เกิดเลยครับ… หมดซึ่งศักดิ์ศรี อนิจจัง!

ให้สิ้นลมปราณสิ ขนาดนี้แล้วพวกนักวิชาการบางคนยังกลับออกมาสนับสนุนคนชั่ว ส่วนใหญ่บอกว่าแนวคิดทันสมัยและเข้ามาบริหารอย่างชอบธรรม ซึ่งจริงๆมิใช่ครับ เล่ห์เหลี่ยมแค่นี้ทำไมดูกันไม่ออก? ทันสมัยก็ดีถ้าผลประโยชน์มันตกอยู่กับคนส่วนใหญ่ของประเทศครับ แต่นี่ไม่ และอย่ามัวแต่เปิดตำราประชาธิปไตยในอุดมคติกันอยู่ (เดี๋ยวจะพูดเรื่องนี้อีกที) ตามโลกของเล่ห์เหลี่ยมกลโกงพวกนี้ให้ทันบ้าง อย่าได้ซื่อเกินไปครับ ลองจับเรื่องราวต่างๆมาเชื่อมโยงพิจารณารวมกันดีๆสิ… พอจะเริ่มเปลี่ยนใจได้บ้างรึยังครับ เป็นกลางก็ยังดี…หวังว่า!

ถ้ายังไม่แน่ใจ งั้นต่อ…เอาให้ความเลวร้ายจุกอกสิ้นใจกันไปข้างนึงเลยครับ ผมขอยกตัวอย่างเรื่องการโกงชาติด้วยเทคนิคเชิงนโยบาย ที่ “นายเหลี่ยมจัด” คนขายขาติเค้าใช้ให้ต่อ เขียนเผื่อใครจะบรรลุถึงบางอ้อได้บ้างครับผม

เรื่องการขุดเจาะน้ำมัน!!!

เรื่องนิ้ซับซ้อนแต่ไม่น่ายากเกินเข้าใจ เพราะหลักฐานมันชัดเจนในตัวครับ เนื่องจากช่วงนึงเศรษฐกิจกำลังแย่ แต่ราคาน้ำมันกำลังพุ่ง ทุกคนทั่วโลกต่างโหยหาแหล่งน้ำมันใหม่ๆและพลังงานชดเชย มนุษย์เหลี่ยมจัดก็ได้ทีสิทีนี้ เจ้านี่ก็อินเทรนฉวยโอกาสร่างนโยบายการโกงขึ้นมาทันที คราวนี้“นายเหลี่ยมจัด”ก็ไปวิ่งเต้นผลักดันอัดฉีดรัฐบาลอีท่าไหนไม่ทราบ สงสัยผ่านคณะฯผู้มีอำนาจทั้งหลายในรัฐบาลที่ทำงานให้เจ้านี่ ร่วมกับกัมพูชาเพื่อหวังครอบครองลงทุนในกิจการพลังงานในฐานะนักลงทุนในกัมพูชา ใครๆเค้าก็แย่งกันอยู่แต่เจ้าเหลี่ยมจัดนี่ดันใช้วิธีสกปรกโดยเอาประเทศไทยไปเป็นเดิมพันเพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสทางการลงทุน เพราะถือว่าตัวเองโยงใยรัฐบาลหุ่นเชิดได้ไงครับ ให้ประโยชน์เพื่อเอาใจนักปกครองของประเทศกัมพูชา ปั่นเรื่องเขาพระวิหารที่นอนสงบนิ่งมานับพันๆปีให้เป็นเรื่องขึ้นมาในบัดดล ไทยสูญเสียดินแดนยังไม่พอ คราวนี้ยังล่อให้เปิดสัมปทานสูบน้ำมันบนเส้นแบ่งเขตแดนข้ามมาฝั่งไทยแบบมั่วๆ เรื่องมันถึงแดงขึ้นมา สูบครับผมใช้คำว่า”สูบ” เหมือนสูบเลือดประเทศชาติไง ใช้เรื่องธุรกิจเกาะกงบังหน้า จริงๆเป้าหมายของ“นายเหลี่ยมจัด” ก็คือการลงทุนทางด้านพลังงานโดยการขายชาติ เจ้านี่ไปติดต่อบริษัทต่างชาติที่ตัวเองมีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียอยู่ มาสูบเอาน้ำมันจากอ่าวไทยไป ก็อีกนั่นแหละครับให้ไปฟรีๆ เพราะไม่ว่าเงินจะไหลไปทางไหนก็มีช่องเข้ากระเป๋าตัวเองตลอด จริงๆสิ่งประเด็นนี้ได้มีการวางแผนเรื่องให้สัมปทานน้ำมันมาตั้งแต่ราวๆประมาณ 10 ปีที่แล้วนู่น ไม่กี่ปีต่อมา พอเจ้าหมอนี่เข้ามามีอำนาจในรัฐบาล “นายเหลี่ยมจัด” ก็ได้ทีเตรียมการใหญ่ละ เตรียมยังไงเหรอ? ก็เตรียมเข้าแทรกแทรง ปตท.ไงครับ คุณสังเกตดูดีๆสิครับ เพราะอะไรก็เพราะ ปตท. มีเครื่องมือขุดเจาะและมีประวัติในวงการด้านพลังงานพร้อม ที่ผ่านมาก็มีการร่วมสำรวจแหล่งพลังงานในบ้านเรากับบริษัท ชื่อย่อๆคือ “H. Energy” (โดยหุ้นกัน 50:50) ที่ปัจจุบันเจ้านักลงทุนเพื่อนซี้“นายเหลี่ยมจัด”ได้เปลี่ยนมือขายต่อ และเปลี่ยนชื่อไป ซึ่งผมขอเรียกย่อๆว่า “P. Oil” ก็รึกันครับ และผู้ถือหุ้นบริษัทชื่อใหม่นี้ ที่ทำรายได้มากมายในไทยก็คือพวกกลุ่ม T.ของสิงค์โปร์ ที่ก่อนหน้านี้เป็นคนซื้อต่อ “ชินคอป” ธุรกิจมือถือของ“นายเหลี่ยมจัด” ไปหลายหมื่นล้านไงครับ ช่วยกันไปมา ลองอ่านซ้ำอีกรอบแล้วจะเข้าใจครับ นั่นแหละ“นายเหลี่ยมจัด” ได้ผลประโยชน์ตลอดไม่ทางตรงก็ทางอ้อม

เห็นไหมครับ พวกคุณคนที่หลงผิดสนับสนุนคนเหลี่ยมจัด พอเข้าใจอะไรดีขึ้นบ้างรึยังเอ่ย?

เจ้า“เหลี่ยมจัด” นี่แหละตัวดีครับ ผลักดันขายชาติ ที่หน้าด้านกว่านั้นก็คือว่าเจ้านี่จะอ้างเสมอว่า ทุกอย่างที่ตัวเองทำนั้นเพื่อพัฒนาและเป็นผลดีต่อส่วนรวมอย่างนู้นอย่างนี้ทุกครั้ง หาฟังภาษาอังกฤษที่เจ้านี่พูดแบบ Broken English ดูการสร้างภาพลวงโลกของ“นายเหลี่ยมจัด” ได้ใน youtube.com ครับ เด็กๆด้อยการศึกษาบางคนยังพูดภาษาดีกว่าเจ้านี่เสียอีก สงสัยไปจ้างใครเขียนวิทยานิพนธ์ให้แน่ๆ น่าหดหู่ใจจริงๆครับ เพราะเค้าเป็นคนฉลาดแกมโกง หลายคนถึงตกหลุม …ขอร้องล่ะครับ กรุณาอย่าไปหลงกล“นายเหลี่ยมจัด” เลย ถ้าคุณยังพอมีสติไตร่ตรองอยู่บ้าง

“นายเหลี่ยมจัด” คนนี้ เค้าปล้นบ้านเมืองเรายังไม่พอ ยังใช้เงินที่โกงมาไปซื้อธุรกิจสโมสรทีมฟุตบอลทีมแมนเชสเตอร์ซิตี้ในต่างประเทศ และไปทำคนอื่นเค้าย่อยยับอีก คนเกลียดกันทั่วโลกก่อนหมอนี่จะขายทื้งแบบไม่ไยดีให้แขกคนนึงไป …ตรงนี้ก็อีกเช่นกัน พวกคนคลั่งกีฬาก็ไม่รู้เรื่องอะไรมาก รู้แต่ว่า“นายเหลี่ยมจัด”ทำให้ทีมพัง ผมเห็นฝรั่งมาโพสข้อความด่าประจำครับ

แต่ผมในฐานะคนไทย จะช่วยอธิบายให้ลึกซึ่งยิ่งขึ้นไปอีกว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้นกันแน่ครับ “นายเหลี่ยมจัด”นั้นเป็นนักลงทุนเหลี่ยมจัดเหมือนหัวครับ อย่างที่บอกว่าเค้าสนใจการลงทุนด้านพลังงาน ถึงขนาดขายหุ้นชินคอปทิ้งเพื่อนำเงินมาหมุน จากนั้นจะเห็นได้ว่าเจ้านี่เอาเงินนั้นไปซื้อสโมสรเพื่อสร้าง Profile ของการลงทุนตัวเองให้ดูดีมีเครดิต ตรงนี้สำคัญ…เพราะอย่างคุณไม่มีบัตรเครดิตในอเมริกา เวลาไปเปิดบริการอะไรก็โดนปฎิเสธ เครดิตสำคัญ เจ้า Profile นี้ก็ถูกบันทึกไว้เหมือนเวลาคุณเล่นหุ้นนั่นแหละครับ อีกทั้งนี่ยังอาจเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกระบวนการฟอกเงิน เงินสกปรกที่ได้กำไรจากการโกงกินแล้วแยกซุกซ่อนไว้ลักษณะของหุ้น “นายเหลี่ยมจัด”นั้นหัวหมอแยกเก็บเงินบริสุทธิ์กับเงินสกปรก เงินสกปรกซึ่งเป็นส่วนที่ไม่เปิดเผยสู่สาธารณะนั้นอาจถูกถ่ายโอนไปยังงบสโมสรก่อนขายเก็งกำไรออกไป สรุปได้ว่าเป็นการเตรียมตบแต่งประวัติให้ดูดีเพื่อรองรับการโกงกินประเทศในอนาคตต่อไป เมื่อรู้ไส้พุงชัดเจนเช่นนี้ ผมก็คงไม่หลวมตัวไปสนับสนุนคนเหลี่ยมจัดแบบนี้หรอกครับ เดี๋ยวจะเสียชาติเกิดผมได้

แล้วคุณรู้ไหมยังไง วันนี้ผมหยิบหนังสือ Businessweek ฉบับล่าสุด (issue: Dec.08, 2008) ขึ้นมาอ่านครับ เปิดมาพลิกไปหนึ่งหน้า ผมเห็นโฆษณาผ่างเต็มสองหน้ากระดาษเลย ทายซิว่าใครเอ่ย??? ปตท. ไงครับ (PTT Public Company Limited) ผมเชื่อว่าวันนี้ยังไม่มีใครสังเกตเห็นและเขียนเรื่องนี้ งั้นผมขอแฉต่อเองครับ สังเกตดูในโฆษณานั้นเขียนทำนองว่า ถ้าคุณกำลังมองหาผู้ร่วมลงทุนทางด้านพลังงาน ปตท. นี่แหละคือ ดาวเด่นของเอเชีย (Asian star) แล้วก็อวดสรรพคุณกันไป

พี่น้องชาวไทยครับ อย่าเพิ่งดีใจกันไป เพราะจริงๆแล้วประเทศเราแทบไม่ได้มีผลได้อะไรกับธุรกิจตรงนี้เลย คุณต้องดูสิว่าใครเป็นผู้ถือหุ้น หรือบริษัทไหนมีส่วนร่วมกันแน่ มีแต่เสีย…เสียพลังงาน เสียทรัพยากรของประเทศ ผลประโยชน์ทางการลงทุนส่วนใหญ่ตกไปอยู่ที่“นายเหลี่ยมจัด”และเพื่อนนักลงทุนเหลี่ยมจัดระดับประเทศของหมอนี่หมด ผมมองว่าการลงข่าวผ่านสื่อระดับโลกก็เป็นเทคนิคที่“นายเหลี่ยมจัด”ชอบใช้เช่นกัน คาดว่านี่เป็นช่องทางเปิดประตูธุรกิจพลังงานสูบชาติปั่นกระแสโลกของ“นายเหลี่ยมจัด”และพวกด้วย ยังไม่รู้ว่ากลโกงต่อไปของเขาคืออะไร แต่รับรองผมกัดไม่ปล่อยแน่ครับ จนกว่า“นายเหลี่ยมจัด”จะสิ้นชีพเอาเลือดล้างแผ่นดินไทยครับ

อย่างไรก็ดี ขอยืนยันว่านายเหลี่ยมจัดนี่แหละนะครับ คือตัวบงการที่แท้จริงที่สร้างความวุ่นวายให้กับประเทศชาติเรา เราต้องแก้ที่ต้นเหตุ ก็หวังว่าหลายๆคนคงจะพอเข้าใจอะไรได้ดีขึ้นบ้างไม่มากก็น้อยนะครับ

The Ultimatum for the Prime Minister to Resign Immediately and Without Condition

The People’s Alliance for Democracy has been rallying continuously since May 25, 2008 for 2 main objectives;

1. To prevent the rewriting of the 2007 Constitution by the proxy government of ousted premier Thaksin Shinawatra who are trying to amend the charter to whitewash the crimes committed by Thaksin and his cronies and to destroy the country’s judiciary system. The PAD also strives to prevent the proxy government from abolishing the Privy Council, a move which the PAD considers to be a direct violation of His Majesty the King’s authority.

The current Thai Parliament is also considered to be under Thaksin’s complete control. It has committed various wrongdoings and violated election laws, yet continues to claim it represents the people of Thailand. But in truth, the proxy Parliament is a sale to any highest bidding politician. The Constitution court’s imminent deliberation of a various party dissolution cases against several of the government coalition partners is proof enough of the fact that Thakin’s proxy government is not a truly ‘constitutional’ government of Thailand.

2. To drive out the killer government that has shamelessly acted as a nominee for fugitive Thaksin Shinawatra. The government is clearly behind the ruthless killings of Thai citizens, manipulated state media, supports the destruction of the Thai judiciary system, exploits the country’s national budget, condones lese majeste actions, lacks any ethical standing and therefore is deemed to be an illegitimate government which is not fit to administer the Kingdom.

For the above reasons the People’s Alliance for Democracy has been rallying peacefully and without arms, a right which is sanctioned by the 2007 Constitution Article 63. Article 70 stipulates that a Thai citizen has the responsibilities to protect the 3 pillars of the country; the nation, religion and the King and the nation’s constitutional monarchy.

However, during the course of the rally the lives and safety of supporters of the People’s Alliance for Democracy have been in constant jeopardy. The government is also clearly involved in masterminding various violent attacks against the PAD. It has also turned a blind eye when the PAD was attacked with weapons of war on more than 10 occasions. The ruthless attacks have resulted in countless injuries and 4 deaths. Several attacks were also targeted at the ASTV headquarters in an attempt to prevent that station from broadcasting live the PAD rally. The government has yet to take any responsibility for the underhanded sabotage attempts.

Three Senate committees, tasked with investigating the violence and bloodshed of the October 7th incident, have found that the PM Somchai Wongsawat and his Cabinet ministers are to be held responsible for the injuries and deaths of the protesters. Their findings coincide with that of the National Human Rights Commission. Premier Somchai must take responsibility for the tragedy by resigning immediately and without any condition.

The People’s Alliance for Democracy has called for a final mass rally to stop the traitorous government and proxy Parliament on November 23, 2008 at 2 p.m. The final rally is well into its 50th hour and the supporters of the PAD have been pressuring the traitorous government to step down with peaceful means. Armed with only the plastic hand clappers, the PAD protesters have marched to various key locations including Parliament, Finance ministry, the Metropolitan Police Bureau and the government’s temporary seat at Don Muang Airport. However, to no avail, the proxy government has failed to show any sign of remorse or any intention to step down as demanded by the PAD. In addition, it continues to cling on to power and is determined to amend the charter for the interests of its puppet master and his associates.

The People’s Alliance for Democracy is left with no choice but to step up its peaceful rally by blocking off access to the Suvarnabhumi Airport. This is considered to be an ultimatum for Somchai Wongsawat and the Cabinet to resign immediately and without any condition.

The people’s alliance apologizes for any inconvenience the closure of the Suvarnabhumi Airport may cause to the public and international visitors to the Kingdom of Thailand. But the PAD believes the measure is crucial to bring an end to the traitorous-killer government.

The PAD is calling for the public from all walks of life to join the PAD movement and call for the current administration to resign immediately to protect Thailand from more harm and to restore morals to the Thai society without any further delay.

On November 26, a young woman, dressed in a yellow shirt, was seen walking around the PAD rally site at Suvarnabhumi Airport, distributing a message in English to help clarify the PAD rally.


This is to clarify the situation here in Thailand as I believe the foreign press have formed the conclusion that the PAD has little chance of winning this final battle to topple the Nominee Government of Somchai Wongsawat, the brother-in-law of former PM Thaksin Shinawatra.

Before I say anything else, I’d like to stress here the the PAD’s policy is to use ONLY peaceful means and we have proved our intention by using only reason for the last six months. However, the continuous and nearly daily violence and murderous acts committed against us have come from either the Government, or its representatives, the red-shirted United Frong of Democracy against Dictatorship, which are trying everything in their power to pave the way for the return of Thaksin Shinawatra to become the first President of Thailand.

[ PK* would say this is definitely true. For example, according to www.manager.co.th (written in Thai), recently Somchai’s Government and its representatives in the “red shirts” have been using the machine guns and bombs to attack and kill the PADs who don’t have any weapon.

Meanwhile, PM Somchai Wongsawat and the Government are now trying to change the law in order to bring Mr. Thaksin back with no guilty. Also, Thaksin has pretended to be nice with the outsiders, such as those foreign reporters, giving different stories to create a good image for himself. Please don’t be foolish because he is very smart, but using his wise in a wrong direction.

I’m not a fool, so here, I would like to make a deeper analysis.

To be fair, I would rather not say if this move is the right way or not, of course, making any change might have some negative impacts on the whole society, but I do know if the PADs do not take any action right now, the law will be changed, and Thaksin will soon come back to destroy the country. Then, in the long run, it will be even worse for Thai people.

To make my point, I would like to show a big picture, as a pattern in the diagram, shown how Thaksin could make a benefit for himself, for his companies, and for his people:

The government(s) under the control of Mr. Thaksin might claim for the democracy; however, it’s not a real democracy because they are making a corruption based on the changes of public policies. First, they change the rules in the way that they can sign contracts for their own businesses and gain a lot of benefits from that, and later, they just change some other rules, such the tax policy, to protect themselves so that no one could blame on them. Then they have no guilty of selling some public properties and resources to the foreign investors.

They have been cheating like this in the circle by using the Tax paid from Thai people to buy the votes from people at the bottom of the pyramid (see the diagram) which most people here are not rich and uneducated, so it’s very easy for Thaksin and his friends to convince those people, more population, to accept the money and vote for them. When they have power in the government, they will change the rules, making money, and buy the votes again and again. Please remember that the democracy is not only the election, but also the act of the government after selected.

That is the real stories that the foreigners and the reporters should have known.]

The aim of the PAD is to rebuild a country based on integrity, honesty, freedom from corruption and fairness from all Thais: all this together with the absolute determination to maintain and honour the Monarchy. We have the most wonderful and exceptional King who has reigned over his people with wisdom and love as the rest of the world is well aware.

Practically the whole of Thailand from all walks of life has converged onto Bangkok to support the PAD. We are not being paid to be here to use violence to get our way. We are not here to support a handful of corrupt politicians serving only one man who wants to divide our country. But we are here by choice, we are here to share an ideal, we are here to realize our goal which is to rebuild our country into a better place for the 60-odd million citizens. It’s actually not a question of “winning or losing” — it’s the reality of achieving what is good and right for our country — Thailand.
